The rooms are wonderfully clean and maintained, with excellent hygiene. The staff is cooperative and the hotel overall is well-cared for. Good parking facility and near to nature. The hotel also has its own family restaurant and bar for a complete experience.

We had a comfortable stay with cooperative staff and good parking facilities. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby places. the breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying. the rooms were clean and tidy with ensured hygiene, which made the stay refreshing. It was worth it with the reasonable price and good facilities, especially the serene view from the room.
The Wi-Fi connectivity was a little slow.

The location of the hotel is great, and the facilities provided are fantastic. We enjoyed the romantic ambiance and the comfortable bed, which gave us a goodnight's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, they had excellent customer service skills.
The cleanliness of the rooms and common washrooms were less than satisfactory. the linens were not washed and had holes, and the bathroom bucket was dusty.

We had a very pleasant stay at Collection O Hotel Triveni. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained with great hygiene standards. The surrounding area was well-managed and provided a serene atmosphere close to nature. The hotel also had a lovely Family Restaurant & Bar, adding to our overall experience.
there was an unexpected extra charge for our 9-year-old child, although they accommodated our request after we raised the issue.

Wonderful staff members and great parking amenities made my stay at this hotel remarkable. The location of the hotel was close to the city's highlights; we could easily explore the area without any hassles. the clean accommodations and fresh linens were a bonus that made the stay more comfortable.
Although the staff was amiable, I found some rooms to be unclean with old and dusty buckets and tumblers in the bathroom. the sound of barking dogs disturbed my sleep throughout the night, and the common rest/ washrooms were uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative, and they made sure that all my needs were met. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good as well, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The parking facility was convenient and spacious, and I didn't have any trouble finding a spot for my car. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
